Residential Sales Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Churchill Living. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling our independent living apartments to customers who are looking for greater freedom and independence. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored advice on their purchase. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience in the retirement market or new homes sector. You must possess excellent interpersonal skills, be comfortable working independently, and have a valid UK driving license. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, generous commission and bonus scheme, and a range of benefits including 24 days holiday, company pension contribution, and wellbeing support.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service and sell our independent living apartments to customers
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored advice on their purchase
• Meet sales targets and budgeted selling prices for your development
• Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Participate in marketing activities to promote our developments
