At Edelman, we are committed to delivering exceptional communications and PR services to our clients. As a Senior Account Executive on our Health team, you will play a key role in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality campaigns that drive results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Service:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including proactive communication and timely responses to their queries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated campaigns that meet client objectives.
  • Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Brilliant Basics:
  • Produce high-quality written materials, including media releases and other communications documents.
  • Develop and maintain a network of media contacts and conduct media outreach efforts.
  • Flawless Execution:
  • Manage action trackers and ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate campaign activities.
  • Integrated Marketing Fundamentals:
  • Understand the different types of communications marketing activities, including advertising, direct marketing, and PR.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key journalists and media influencers.
  • Insights:
  • Apply learnings from team meetings and training to deliver high-quality work.
  • Support the planning team in conducting research and developing insights for client briefs.
  • Collective Creativity:
  • Foster strong relationships with team members and provide support during busy periods.
  • Build relationships with other parts of the Edelman business to identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in an agency environment, preferably in PR and communications or a similar field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality written materials.
  • Proven ability to deliver results and execute client campaigns.
  • Experience in day-to-day media relations and client handling.
