Job Description

The PR Agency is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a Senior Account Executive, you will work alongside a team of specialists to be involved in all aspects of execution and client servicing.

You will build and maintain relationships with journalists and key media to secure coverage for clients, develop engaging press releases, pitches, and other written material to effectively communicate clients' messages, and track media coverage, analyse results, and provide regular reports to clients on the performance of PR efforts.

You will also mentor and guide junior team members to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment and stay informed on industry trends and media landscape to identify new opportunities for the client.

Responsibilities
  1. Build and maintain relationships with journalists and key media to secure coverage for clients.
  2. Develop engaging press releases, pitches, and other written material to effectively communicate clients' messages.
  3. Work alongside a team of specialists to be involved in all aspects of execution and client servicing.
  4. Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  5. Track media coverage, analyse results, and provide regular reports to clients on the performance of PR efforts.
  6. Stay informed on industry trends and media landscape to identify new opportunities for the client.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have relevant qualifications in PR/Communications/Journalism or equivalent experience, a minimum of 2 years of PR Agency experience, preferably in a relevant sector, strong relationships with relevant media in the sector, a love of storytelling and writing, and the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
