About the Role

Practice Plus Group is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our Medicines Management team in a secure environment. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in providing an integrated, safe, legal, and high-quality prison pharmaceutical service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the provision and delivery of a comprehensive healthcare package to meet the needs of the prison service.
  • Work within the healthcare department and hold direct patient contact, ensuring a high level of security is maintained at all times.
  • Be an integral member of the Medicines Management team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care in line with National Guidelines.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3, BTEC, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPHC).
  • Relevant post-qualification experience working within a pharmacy environment and multi-disciplinary team.
