About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Civil Engineer to join our expanding civil infrastructure team as a Senior Engineer - Infrastructure Development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex infrastructure projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, and develop strategies to overcome challenges.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project managers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver projects successfully.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure our projects meet the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Chartered status with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing infrastructure projects, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills, with the ability to provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project managers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
