Civil Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our Infrastructure team at Walsh - Structural, Civil & Geotechnical Engineers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the design input on civil engineering designs for roads, drainage, and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities- Manage input on a number of projects and ensure that office and technical standards are followed.
- Work on projects with an overall value up to £50M and be the lead on infrastructure matters.
- Liaise and coordinate with other members of the Walsh team and external consultants.
- Attend regular coordination workshops both internally and externally.
- Experience designing development infrastructure, particularly drainage.
- Experience on residential projects, particularly inner city developments.
- Good technical background and grounding in the design of drainage, pavement design, and roads.
- Experience with computer packages such as XP Microdrainage/Windes, Civils 3D, Autodesk Infraworks, Navisworks, NBS Create, and BREEAM/CfSH.
