Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer or Civil Engineer to join our dynamic Civil & Structural team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality engineering solutions and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver complex engineering projects.
  • Develop and implement innovative engineering solutions to meet client needs.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Contribute to the development of our team's technical expertise and knowledge.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
  • Participate in business development activities, including identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • BEng, MEng, BSc, MSc, HND, or HNC civil engineering qualification.
  • Significant experience in a design office environment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent analysis and technical design skills in AutoCAD, PDS, Civils3D, and MicroDrainage.
  • Good understanding of technical software, including Civil 3D, AutoTrack, and industry-standard software.
  • Experience working with residential developers and knowledge of UK planning procedures.
  • Ability to secure technical approvals from highway and drainage authorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated team player with good people skills.
