Job Title: Facilities Support Specialist and Office Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Support Specialist and Office Administrator to join our team at Aspire Jobs. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day office operations, and supporting the facilities team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and employees, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
- Support the facilities team with tasks such as cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
- Assist with reception duties, including answering phone calls, greeting clients, and processing mail and packages.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and employees, providing a positive and welcoming experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or office administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
