Job Title: Specialist SEND Teaching Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a well-resourced SEND school in Wallington. The successful candidate will have a true passion for supporting pupils with profound and multiple learning disabilities and severe learning disabilities.

The Role:

As a Specialist SEND Teaching Assistant, you will be working with a small class of pupils who have profound and multiple learning disabilities and severe learning disabilities. You will be working with various pupils on a 1 to 1 basis and providing all round care and learning support for the class.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting pupils with profound and multiple learning disabilities and severe learning disabilities
  • Working with a small class of pupils on a 1 to 1 basis
  • Providing all round care and learning support for the class

Requirements:

  • Experience working with pupils with special educational needs
