Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Children's Home Manager to lead our newly refurbished home in Wednesbury. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient management of our residential home, specializing in meeting the unique needs of individual young people.

About the Role:

  • Manage all aspects of the day-to-day running of the home, including registering a new home with OFSTED and working towards obtaining a good or above rating.
  • Work with HR to recruit and develop a new team for the home.
  • Plan and deliver quality support to young people.
  • Establish and maintain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage an efficient team of staff.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Manage resources effectively and report concerns as needed.
  • Implement and manage administrative systems as required.
