**Become a Crime Scene Investigator with West Midlands Police**

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career in law enforcement? As a Graduate Police Officer on the Detective Pathway, you will have the opportunity to combine practical learning with classroom-based studying to equip you with the skills and knowledge to become a successful investigator.

You will be employed as a police officer from day one, working with experienced officers in investigations teams and on the frontline. The programme includes a 2-year graduate diploma course with studying required both within training and your own time. Upon completion, you will become a fully qualified detective, with opportunities for promotion and specialization. You will also receive a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 per annum, an excellent pension scheme, and generous annual leave allocation.

  • A degree or equivalent is required for this role, and you must be able to run a bleep test to level 5.
