LV=GI is seeking a Crime Prevention Specialist to cover our offices in Birmingham, Bournemouth, or Leeds. As a Crime Prevention Specialist, you will carry out fraud investigations on referrals from internal and external sources to identify cases for investigation. You will record the value, cost, and trends in line with Fraud Database MI recording processes to ensure tangible business targets and accurate intelligence. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct fraud investigations and record findings.
  • Work with frontline teams to build skills and knowledge of fraud risks.
  • Ensure a consistent and acceptable level of service to customers.
  • Handle complaints and escalations fairly.

Requirements

  • Great relationship-building skills and a passion for fighting fraud.
  • Experience in fraud prevention systems.
  • Knowledge of building defects, construction methods, and insurance perils.
  • Experience working with Loss Adjusters, Surveyors, and Building Contractors.
