Job Title: Head of IT Service Management

Location: Hybrid work environment

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Management professional to lead our IT service delivery team. As Head of IT Service Management, you will be responsible for owning the delivery of day-to-day IT service delivery for our business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the IT service delivery team to deliver market-leading proactive and reactive account management.
  • Work in close partnership with the Engineering community to continually improve the service offerings provided to our aligned business units.
  • Establish and champion a collaborative culture built on trusting relationships to develop services in line with objectives that deliver great customer and colleague experiences.
  • Be the senior point-of-escalation for IT issues both in the business and across the wider GS&S function.

Requirements:

  • End-to-end IT Service Management experience within an equivalent size organisation and ideally within a head-of level.
  • Extensive understanding of industry standards and practices relating to Service Management, including product details and regulatory obligations.
  • Exceptional communication skills with strong stakeholder management and inter-personal skills.
  • Influential personality with the ability to empower and encourage and to articulate ideas and information with gravitas.
