At EngineeringUK, we're seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as Head of Sales for Twitch. As a key player in our digital advertising arm, you'll be responsible for driving growth and revenue through innovative strategies and effective sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand our Twitch advertising offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer needs and market trends, and translate that into actionable sales plans.
• Engage with senior-level stakeholders to build and maintain relationships, and drive revenue growth.
• Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve aggressive sales targets and exceed expectations.

Requirements

  1. 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing high-performing teams.
  2. Strong understanding of digital advertising and the Twitch ecosystem.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
  4. Ability to think strategically and develop innovative sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  5. Experience managing and developing high-performance teams, with a focus on talent development and retention.
