Deputy Director of Research and Innovation Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Research and Innovation directorate as Deputy Director of R&I Operations and Performance. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the advancement of care for children and young people with complex health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the operational delivery, performance, and impact of research and innovation projects
- Leverage existing national infrastructure to develop a translational ecosystem
- Manage the research budget and have an overview of all R&I planning and delivery resources and output across the organisation
- Lead change management and process improvement programmes
