Food and Beverage Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Brightwork Ltd. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests receive world-class cocktails, exceptional whiskies, and locally sourced Scottish specialties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
  • Work collaboratively with the hospitality team to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Knowledge of drinks culture and menu offerings

Pay Rate: £12 per hour
