Job Title: Food and Beverage Assistant

At Cycas Hospitality, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that the highest standards of food and beverage service are maintained at all times.
  • Assist with receiving and storage of goods, maintaining good food safety, hygiene standards and practices.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring that all orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Establish and maintain effective employee working relationships, attending and participating in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled.
  • Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with industry expectations and company standards, including maintaining a high level of knowledge, demonstrating a service attitude that exceeds expectations, and taking appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
Requirements:
  • 2 years previous experience of a similar role within a Hotel environment.
  • Strong communication skills, self-motivated, and able to plan and prioritise.
  • Able to multi-task, attention to detail, flexible and adaptable approach, and able to work unsupervised.
  • Literate in computer technology and able to work as part of a diverse team with colleagues from different viewpoints, cultures and countries.
