Job Title: Food and Beverage Assistant

At Cycas Hospitality, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that the highest standards of food and beverage service are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the preparation of food and beverage outlets for service, including cleaning and maintaining equipment, glassware, and china.
  • Prepare and serve beverages, including table service and recording of replacement stock.
  • Maintain good food safety, hygiene standards, and practices.
  • Establish and maintain effective employee working relationships.
  • Attend and participate in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled.
  • Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with industry expectations and company standards.
Requirements:
  • 2 years previous experience of a similar role within a hotel environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize.
  • Able to multitask.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Able to work unsupervised.
  • Customer Focus.
  • Literate in computer technology.
