Clinical Psychology Specialist

The Outcomes First Group is a leading provider of high-quality education and special needs education services across England, Scotland, and Wales. We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Psychology Specialist to join our team in a senior position.
This role will involve contributing to the development of bespoke assessment and intervention plans for the pupils we support, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate effective collaboration and maximize clinical outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality assurance and supporting the service's future development within existing governance structures.
We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including life assurance, pension scheme, and access to mental health support services. In addition, our Flexible Benefits Platform, Vista, provides a comprehensive package of health, wellbeing, and insurance benefits.
