About the Role

You will be part of our high-performing Finance team, responsible for providing a financial business partnering service to the Operations and Resources directorates. Key responsibilities include:

  • Calculating service charges in line with policy
  • Leading the preparation of service charge audits and variable service charge reconciliations
  • Setting service charges for new developments
  • Being the key contact for service charges

You will also assist in the production of the Group's monthly management accounts, specific working papers for the statutory accounts, sector scorecard, and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements. To succeed in this role, you will need experience working in a finance team, interpreting complex data, and working towards or holding a professional accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA, or equivalent). Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and natural problem-solving abilities are essential, along with strong ICT skills to analyze data and improve processes.
