AWE Plc is seeking a skilled High-Performance Computing Systems Specialist to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our High-Performance Computing (HPC) Group, you will be responsible for providing system administration support for our HPC supercomputers.

Key Responsibilities
- System Administration: Provide day-to-day support for our HPC systems, including planning, installation, and commissioning of new systems.
- Configuration Management: Manage the configuration of HPC platform hardware and software.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance and reliability of our HPC systems.
- Tool Development: Develop in-house tools to support HPC platform administration.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of HPC services.
Requirements
- Linux Expertise: Good experience of deploying and managing Linux-based systems.
- Scripting Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
- Computer Security Awareness: Awareness of computer security concepts.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Good communication skills.
- On-site Work: Ability to work fully on-site due to the nature of our work.
