Teaching Assistant for SEN Pupils

The Progress Group is committed to providing high-quality education and training to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
We are currently seeking a Teaching Assistant for SEN pupils to join our team at one of our 13 independent OFSTED-regulated schools.
About the role:
Job SummaryThis role involves supporting teachers in delivering educational programs to students with SEN, ensuring they receive the best possible education and care.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.

- Provide emotional support and guidance to students as needed
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Teaching Qualification in (QTS/QTLS) or be willing to work towards it
- Degree in a Relevant Teaching Subject or equivalent
- Experience working with students with SEN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
