About the Role

This role involves supporting approximately 35 pupils on roll at Progress Schools - Thrapston, providing a nurturing environment for children who need encouragement and support.

About You
  • Core Teaching Qualifications: Teaching Qualification in (QTS/QTLS) or be willing to work towards it. Specialist Teaching Qualification (Desirable)
  • Academic Background: Degree in a Relevant Teaching Subject, equivalent for SEN (desirable)
  • Special Education and SEN Expertise: SENCO Advanced Certificate (Desirable), Patoss AAA Course Completion (Desirable)
  • Teaching Subjects: English, Maths, and Science Proficiency, a minimum of grade 4/C or higher

The estimated salary for this role is around £25,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
