About this role

At Capital One, we're looking for a skilled Digital Product Manager to drive the delivery of value and foster collaboration across our teams. As part of our Digital Product team, you'll support the creation and delivery of our digital product roadmap, identifying consumer needs and working closely with engineers, designers, and the wider business to deliver new products and features.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the discovery, definition, and delivery of new digital products and features that drive business outcomes, working with cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Work closely with engineering teams, designers, and others to deliver products and features that meet consumer needs and expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with consumer credit trends and developments to inform product decisions.
  • Leverage technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions that drive business growth.
  • Integrate business analytics and operational excellence into product design and development, defining metrics to measure success.
  • Maintain a human-centred approach, prioritizing consumer needs and experiences.

  • Credibility in collaborating with and challenging business, design, and technology stakeholders.
