  • Oversee the creation and execution of copywriting and conversion rate optimization initiatives.
  • Lead data-driven decision-making, campaign landing site development, and creative direction for paid advertising campaigns.
  • Design, develop, and implement print, SMS, and email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Drive organic social media growth through strategic content creation and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure effective budget management and reporting.
  • Work closely with the larger team to support individual product or customer demands as the online presence expands.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in direct-to-consumer ecommerce.
  • Strong creative sense and product marketing expertise.
  • Experience with all aspects of the marketing mix, including social, content, SEO, and communications.
  • Current understanding of multi-channel marketing and best practices.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Appreciation for creative work and digital asset management.

Location: Nottingham (hybrid)

Salary: up to £80K
