Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the discovery, definition, and delivery of new digital products and features that drive business outcomes, working closely with engineering teams, designers, and stakeholders.
  • Develop a deep understanding of consumer credit and leverage that knowledge to disrupt the industry from within.
  • Collaborate with business analytics and operational excellence teams to integrate data-driven insights into product design and development.
  • Define and explore the product roadmap for assigned business outcomes, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Maintain a human-centered approach, obsessing over internal and external customer needs to reimagine customer interactions.

  • A commercial approach, appreciating the impact of digital experiences on customer outcomes and business results.
