As a Digital Product Manager, you'll play a critical role in shaping our digital product roadmap, identifying consumer needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver new products and features.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the discovery, definition, and delivery of new digital products and features that drive business outcomes, working closely with engineering teams, designers, and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with our engineering teams to deliver products and features that are delightful and vital to the lives of credit card consumers.
  • Stay up-to-date on consumer credit trends and leverage this knowledge to help us disrupt the industry from within.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions that leverage technology to deliver near- and long-term value.
  • Integrate business analytics and operational excellence into every aspect of product design and development, defining metrics to measure success.
  • Define and explore the product roadmap for the business outcomes you'll contribute to.
  • Maintain a human-centered approach, obsessing over internal and external customer needs to reimagine customer interactions.

  • You have deep technical expertise and can leverage it to creatively solve business problems.
  • You can credibly collaborate with and challenge business, design, and technology stakeholders to make trade-off decisions and mitigate product risks.
