Account and Sales Professional

The Trainee Account Manager will undergo comprehensive sales training and gain hands-on experience in motor finance working in our Prequalification team.
After learning the basics of motor finance, they will move to the Account Management team, where top performers can take home up to £70,000, utilizing the knowledge and skills gained to help customers secure the best vehicle for their needs and wants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and execute the prequalification process by reviewing customer financial information to assess eligibility for car financing.
- Communicate with customers via phone to gather necessary information and provide guidance where required.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with strict FCA regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance knowledge of car financing products, industry trends, and best practices.
- After mastering prequalification, transition to the sales team to assist customers in selecting suitable financing options and completing the car buying process.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the end-to-end financing process.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required.
Benefits:
- Base salary of £25,000 with an initial OTE of £30,000+.
- Working pattern: 0900 – 1800, 5 days per week.
- Monday – Saturday with 2 weekends per month allocated on a rota basis.
