About the Opportunity

Sinclair is a global medical aesthetics organization that delivers an extensive product range. We are seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to join our dynamic team, contributing to the company's vision of providing aesthetic excellence globally. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project management, data analysis, and collaboration.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee HR-related projects, driving alignment across all HR disciplines and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with the Head of HR to ensure smooth progress and timely execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage data analysis to monitor project progress, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of HR initiatives.
  • Prepare data-driven reports and dashboards on key projects.
