About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you supporting our Finance Function, playing a key role in various HR initiatives and projects. You'll gain valuable hands-on experience in a truly global setting, working with large sets of data to streamline meaningful information for leadership decisions.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to creating avenues of employee learning, development, and engagement initiatives, including global employee engagement and communication platforms, tools, and materials.
  • Ensure quality support in the joiners/movers/exits processes and advise employees on HR processes.
  • Contribute to the People & Culture projects as and when required.
  • Actively contribute to enhancing existing processes, measures, and management activities to maximise efficiencies and quality of customer service.
  • Contribute to building pilot systems for some of our talent approaches.
What We're Looking For
  • Recently graduated or currently enrolled in a Master's Degree Programme in Business, Human Resources, or a relevant Organizational Studies Field.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Mastery of MS Office Applications, particularly Excel, PowerApps, SharePoint, and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills.
  • Highly motivated and ambitious.
  • Strong communication and team working capabilities.
