Dedicated Teaching Assistant for Early Key Stage 1

About the RoleAs a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher and other members of staff to provide individualized support to a student in early Key Stage 1. Your role will involve developing and implementing personalized learning plans, maintaining accurate records of progress, and adapting teaching methods to meet the student's needs.
Requirements- Recent school-based experience within the last 5 years or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
- Strong knowledge of early Key Stage 1 curriculum and teaching methods.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
