As a Teaching Support Professional, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality education programs. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting teachers in the classroom, caring for and managing pupils, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in the classroom, delivering engaging lessons and activities
  • Care for and manage pupils, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, monitoring student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement effective education programs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in an educational setting, preferably with children or young people
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
  • High level of organizational and time management skills
