Job Title:

Teaching Support Professional

This role is ideal for individuals who wish to develop their skills while making a positive impact on the lives of students.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure that students receive the necessary assistance to access their learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with individual needs in mainstream lessons
  • Working with a small group of assigned key students
  • Conducting 'walk and talks' to better understand key students' emotional needs
  • Implementing reasonable adjustments to ensure students can access their learning
  • Following school procedures

Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills
  • Basic IT skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Reliability and punctuality

Compensation: £18,000 - £23,000 per annum
