Care4Health Ltd is recruiting for a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our community team in the North East of England. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for visiting elderly patients at home, conducting rehab assessments, and promoting independence.

Salary:£43,041 - £54,164 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Description:As a Physiotherapist in our community team, your primary responsibility will be to visit elderly patients at home, conduct rehab assessments, and develop individualised rehabilitation plans.
You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
