**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our community team in the North East of England. The successful candidate will work closely with elderly patients at home, carrying out general rehab assessments and promoting independence.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Visit elderly patients at home to conduct rehab assessments and develop individualised rehabilitation plans
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients

**Requirements:**

  • Band 5 or Band 7 level experience (consideration given to candidates from other bands)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Benefits:**

  • Competitive salary: £43,041 - £54,164 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday role with occasional weekend cover
