Data Analytics Manager / Senior Data Analyst

The Audio Programmer is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join their team as a Data Analytics Manager. This newly created role will play a strategic approach with data collection, analysis, and reporting to enhance customer experience, improve marketing activities, and inform key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain data analytics strategies to drive business growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into business decisions
  • Design and implement data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to senior stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics

Requirements
  • Expertise in SQL and experience working with subscription and/or SaaS data
  • Confident presenting data and dashboards to senior stakeholders
  • Good commercial understanding and ability to use data to inform business decisions
  • Experience working with a range of business functions to improve performance
  • Able to convert data into commercial insight using SQL and BI tools

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Lightdash, Snowflake, dbt, Airbyte, Amplitude, and GitHub
