Ribbons and Reeves Limited are recruiting a Speech and Language Support Assistant to work in our partner schools in Bromley. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality support to students with neurological differences, such as Autism, ADHD, and Dyslexia.

What We Offer

A competitive estimated annual salary of £50,000, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development. You will work closely with senior leadership to provide personalized support to students, fostering a positive educational environment.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm. The successful candidate will cultivate students' confidence and encourage them to set high expectations. You will also liaise with teachers and other support staff to develop effective strategies.

Requirements
  • First-Class Degree in a relevant subject from a UK University
  • Prior experience working with neurodivergent individuals in an educational setting
