Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Autism Support Assistant to join our team at a school in Bromley. The successful candidate will have a strong background in psychology and experience working with young people with Autism.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £26,500 - £32,000 per year, paid via PAYE including holiday pay. The working hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30am-4pm, with opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Qualifications: A First-Class Bachelor's Degree from a reputable UK University
  • Experience: Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting
  • Safeguarding Knowledge: Understanding of safeguarding practices and sensitivity to emotional dysregulation
  • People Skills: Ability to work effectively with individuals who require support
  • Hobbies: Enjoyment of extracurricular activities such as sports, art, or music (desired, not essential)
