Senior SEN Teaching Assistant Position in Bromley

TLP Education is looking for a highly skilled and experienced SEN teaching assistant to join their team at a primary school in Bromley. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs.

The successful candidate will have experience working with children with SEN, be able to communicate effectively with children and staff, and have excellent organisational skills.

This role offers a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. The school is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for all staff and students.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide high-quality support to teachers and pupils in the classroom
  • To assist with lesson planning and preparation
  • To maintain accurate records of pupil progress

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with SEN
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
