Position: EYFS SEN TA

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support the classroom teacher in catering for the needs of pupils with special educational requirements.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to deliver age-appropriate activities, observing and assessing children's progress and providing feedback to parents.

About the Role:
  • Support the class teacher in supporting SEN pupils.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement tailored learning plans.
  • Engage with children, promoting their emotional well-being and academic growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of SEN principles and practices.
