Key Responsibilities: As an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Project Surveyor with quantity surveying duties, ensuring accurate measurement and valuation of works">
  • Providing comprehensive financial and surveying related information to senior management, including budget monitoring and forecasting">
  • Collaborating with other professionals to deliver exceptional results and contribute to the growth and success of our company">
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and dispute resolution">

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will require a BSc or HND (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or other equivalent commercially related subject, along with strong knowledge of collating and producing site records necessary for interim and final account payments and cost reports, including materials received records. Experience in the main contracting market, with a desire to engage with project teams to develop commercial awareness, is also highly desirable.
