Job Purpose:

To provide a high-quality educational staff supply service to all schools and education supply workers in your designated area of responsibility, enhancing the reputation of New Directions Holdings Limited and driving business growth through satisfied customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Visit a minimum set of schools per week, as agreed with your manager, to incorporate dedicated days out on pre-arranged calls, generating new business and providing quality follow-up service visits for existing clients.
  2. Respond effectively to a range of inbound telephone business enquiries, converting them to appropriate bookings in accordance with specified processes, procedures, standards, and relevant New Directions Education LTD regulations.
  3. Recruit, interview, and vet prospective candidates to build a quality database of local staff, adhering to specified processes, procedures, standards, and relevant New Directions Education LTD regulations.
  4. Maintain a good working understanding of New Directions Education LTD database systems, exploiting its benefits while updating data in a disciplined manner.
  5. Prepare suitable quality CVs and profiles for all supply staff seeking long-term work.
  6. Secure additional school relationships through making suitable contact, at a suitable time, in a suitable way, with a suitable offering, finding additional work opportunities for registered supply staff.
  7. Responsible for increasing and maintaining the client base through contributing to the branch recruitment strategies and providing an impressive and rapid recruitment service when an application is received.
  8. Responsible for compliance with all relevant legislation, processes, policies, and procedures.
  9. Responsible for taking reasonable care of your own health and safety and ensuring that you take reasonable care not to put other people at risk by what you do or do not do in the course of your job.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a recruitment or sales background.
  • Excellent knowledge of the recruitment process.
  • Able to make decisions using available data and information.
  • Excellent time management skills – ability to plan and prioritize workload, maximizing productivity.
  • Ability to promote services making high-quality sales.
  • Excellent knowledge of child safeguarding.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Maintains quality for all users.
  • Able to manage margin control with the ability to deliver strong performance.
