Role Overview

NonStop Care is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join their Separated Children team in the Northamptonshire area. The successful candidate will work with unaccompanied asylum-seeking children and families with no recourse to public funds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Championing and supporting young people through good pathway planning as they transition to independence.
  • Fulfilling the personal advisor function, enabling young people to live independently.
