Community Nursing Opportunities
Medacs Healthcare is recruiting community/district nurses for work in East Cheshire, within the East Cheshire NHS Trust.
The community nursing team works as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team, caring for residents in the Knutsford, Congleton, and Handforth area. We provide high-quality, sometimes complex care to all housebound patients in our area, including those in residential homes.
We enable patients to manage their long-term conditions while remaining at home and preventing unnecessary admissions to hospital.
Requirements
- Valid NMC registration
- At least 6 months' experience within the NHS
