Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Care Worker to join our team at Cheshire East Council. The successful candidate will provide individualized care to individuals with a learning disability, working in partnership with families and other services to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide support with daily living activities, including personal care, food preparation, and administration of medication.
• Work collaboratively with individuals, families, and other services to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Demonstrate a high level of English language proficiency and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements
• A permanent role with a flexible schedule, including every other weekend, bank holidays, and sleep ins.
• Starting pay £12.18 per hour, with opportunities for time and a half at weekends and double pay on bank holidays.
• A comprehensive induction training program for the successful candidate.
