Job Title: IT Workplace Operations Intern

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive IT Workplace Operations Intern to join our team at NBCUniversal. As an IT Workplace Operations Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful productivity of the team by providing technical support and focusing on team productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to the team, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Assist in ensuring processes and practices are being carried out to a high standard
  • Act as a junior project manager, getting exposure to all projects and initiatives
  • Help ensure projects are delivered to the quality and time expectations of TechEx UK customers

Requirements

  • Interest in technology and some basic level of expertise in IT and software
  • Highly organized mindset

  • Experience using the Microsoft Office 365 suite, specifically PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams & Excel
  • Basic understanding of Finance/Mathematics
