Financial Services Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Practice Accountant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a challenging role and contribute to the success of our firm.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
They will also manage a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
In addition, they will lead and mentor junior staff members, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive growth and development.
Collaborating with colleagues across the firm, they will deliver high-quality services and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and Review of Financial Statements: Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Client Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior staff members, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive growth and development.

Requirements
- A degree in accounting or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a CA firm.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
