Retail Operations and People Management LeadAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations and People Management Lead to join our team, providing expert guidance and support on people management, operational planning, and customer service delivery. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business results and achieving our company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational plans to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to store managers and staff, focusing on customer service excellence and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and implement sales and growth strategies, driving revenue increase and improving store performance.
  • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and inducting of new staff, conducting probationary reviews and developing individual training and development plans.
  • Manage and approve staff shift and holiday requests, conducting regular performance reviews and addressing staff issues.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior retail management or operations role, with a strong track record of driving business results and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with HR processes like performance reviews, disciplinaries, and grievances, with strong organisational and administrative abilities.
  • Experience managing sales revenue targets and KPIs, with a proven ability to drive business results.

**Estimated Salary:** £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
