Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Education Leader to join our team at Shared Services Partnership.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the development and implementation of education strategies that drive excellence and inclusivity across our services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting high-quality education practices, improving outcomes for vulnerable children, and ensuring effective safeguarding policies and practices.

We are looking for a leader who can articulate a clear vision for education, inspire confidence, and build strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes.

As a member of our senior leadership team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and contribute to the development of our education services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement education strategies that drive excellence and inclusivity
  • Promote high-quality education practices and improve outcomes for vulnerable children
  • Ensure effective safeguarding policies and practices
  • Articulate a clear vision for education and inspire confidence in stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of our education services and make a real difference in the lives of children
