Job Title: Classroom Leader for Key Stage 2

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Key Stage 2 Class Teacher to join our schools in Winchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, creating an engaging learning environment, and fostering a positive atmosphere that encourages students to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver effective lessons that meet the national curriculum guidelines for Year 4
  • Create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans for students with specific educational needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support students' overall development
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2
  • Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and assessment methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to make a significant impact on the learning and development of primary school students. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, creating an engaging learning environment, and fostering a positive atmosphere that encourages students to achieve their full potential.

This is a temporary job from January 2025 until the end of the summer term, being paid directly by the school on a contractual basis for two terms.
